3、 主机传动部分：采用AC变频专用马达搭配变频器作为压延动力传动，各辊速度独立控制，能适应不同厚度产品有效生产，并确保产品质量。
main drive part: use AC frequencyspecial motor with frequency converter as calender power transmission, each roll speed independent control, can make high efficiency production to different thickness product, and ensure product quality.
4、 辊筒冷却装置：采用旋转接头通入冷却水，使辊筒保持工作温度，确保辊筒寿命和机器精度。
Roller cooling device: the rotary joint is used to enter the cooling water, so that the roller can keep the working temperatureand ensure the life of the roller and the accuracy of the machine.
5、 控制系统：全数字化的控制系统，张力、间隙、速度、数量等调节性数据，全部数字显示，方便标准化建立及对操作人员的经验依赖。
